The location was convenient, for example, Love was within walking distance of the hotel. Took a walk around city center, located not too far from the venue.

Great spot for overnight stay
Spacious room, quiet environment, I particularly enjoyed the large vanity space in the bathroom and the extensive fitness center on the 6th floor with a huge variety of equipment to use.
All good.

Great view from upper-level rooms.
I was frustrated with the state of the amenities. The ceiling in our room was leaking, unacceptable at such a high price point. We were also misled about the breakfast being included, and to top it off, the skywalk access was closed far too early, forcing us to walk outside in the rain.

Really good Stay with Amazing Staff!
We had a lovely evening indoors while enjoying the cozy bar area. The attentive staff promptly provided foam pillows for my allergy, greatly appreciated. The vibrant atmosphere. For future guests, trying the onsite restaurant is a must!

The hotel is really gorgeous: the lobby, bar, and guest rooms were all stylish and well-designed.
For a hotel that was already one of the most expensive options available, there were a million hidden fees and charges, including wifi. Wireless internet in the rooms started at $12 - ridiculous! There was also no free parking ($18-$28 per night).

Friendly efficient staff. I had a poolside room confirmation, and they overbooked them so none were available. However they made things right by taking half off my bill plus free breakfast for everyone.
Dissappointed that our confirmed poolside room was not available. Paying for parking also seems not right as a guest of any hotel.

I enjoyed the spacious room that allowed for easy movement. The vanity space in the bathroom added a nice touch to the comfort.
There were some minor maintenance issues that need attention.

The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.
The hotel Service was terrible. The hotel screwed up our reservation and made us wait over 2 hours in their lobby before giving us rooms.
